Last updated: August 5, 2026. These terms govern your use of this website, our quote and scheduling forms, and our SMS text messaging program. By using this site or opting into texts, you agree to these terms.
Who we are
InsureNow is owned by 15 independent repair shops in the United States and offers vehicle service contracts / mechanical breakdown protection plans. Questions about these terms: hello@insurenow.example.
Website use
Content on this site is provided for general information only. Quotes, sample figures, ratings, and coverage examples are illustrative and are not an offer of coverage. You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information, attempt to access other users' data, or use automated tools to scrape or overload the site. You must be at least 18 years old to submit a quote request or schedule an inspection.
Your plan agreement controls
Coverage, exclusions, limits, waiting periods, deductibles, transfer rights, and claim procedures are governed entirely by the vehicle service contract you receive and sign. If anything on this site conflicts with your plan agreement, the plan agreement controls.
Not insurance
InsureNow offers vehicle service contracts / mechanical breakdown protection plans. Coverage is not an insurance policy and is not regulated as insurance in every state. Availability, pricing, and plan terms vary by state and by vehicle.
Quotes, appointments, and inspections
Submitting a form is a request, not a binding contract. Coverage begins only when a plan agreement is issued and the first payment is processed. Inspection appointments are scheduled with an independent owner-shop and are subject to that shop's availability; please call the shop to confirm your time. We are not responsible for a shop's scheduling, workmanship, or independent business decisions.
SMS text messaging program terms
Program: InsureNow sends quote updates, appointment reminders and confirmations, claim status updates, and plan servicing messages. Providing a mobile number and opting in is optional and is never a condition of purchase, coverage, or financing. You must be the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. Consent is collected only through an unchecked checkbox that you affirmatively select.
SMS frequency, rates, and carrier disclaimer
Message frequency varies (typically fewer than 10 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply, and your mobile carrier's standard rates and fees apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
SMS opt-out and help
Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or email hello@insurenow.example. Opting out of SMS does not affect your coverage, your appointment, or your ability to file a claim — we will contact you by phone or email instead.
Mobile information sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services, and only to deliver the messages you consented to receive. Third-party links and services
This site links to Google Maps listings for our owner-shops and may use third-party services for maps, calendars, hosting, and messaging. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control.
Intellectual property
The InsureNow name, logo, page content, and design are owned by InsureNow or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use; any other reproduction requires written permission.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, InsureNow is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits any right or remedy provided under your plan agreement or by applicable state law.
Governing law and disputes
These website terms are governed by the laws of the state in which your servicing owner-shop is located, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of your plan is governed by the dispute resolution terms in your plan agreement.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and this site's content at any time; the "Last updated" date above will change. Material changes affecting the SMS program will be communicated before they take effect. Contact us at hello@insurenow.example or through the Contact page.
