Claims
Filing a claim takes a phone call or a few minutes online, and we pay the shop directly.
1. Take the vehicle to a shop
Any ASE-certified facility works. Let them know you have an InsureNow protection plan.
2. The shop diagnoses the problem
They send us the diagnosis and estimate. If the repair is covered under your plan agreement, we authorize it.
3. We pay the repair facility
Payment goes straight to the shop. You only owe your deductible, if your plan has one.
